1. Custom-Made Orders
All products are custom made to the dimensions and specifications submitted by the purchaser.
2. No Refunds After Confirmation
Once an order is confirmed, no refunds are available. Please review your details carefully before confirming.
3. Customer Measurement Responsibility
The purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring all dimensions and specifications are correct before confirming an order. Backyard Blinds accepts no liability for any costs, losses, or inconvenience arising from incorrect measurements or specifications provided by the customer. We strongly recommend double-checking all measurements prior to placing your order.
4. Colour Matching
Backyard Blinds makes no guarantee that product colours will match any existing colours, fabrics, or materials in the customer's space. Colours may appear differently in person than on screen or in samples due to lighting, monitor settings, and material variation. The customer accepts full responsibility for their colour selection.
5. Delivery Pricing
All pricing quoted online includes standard non-rural delivery only. Additional delivery charges will apply for rural addresses. If your delivery address is classified as rural, you will be contacted with the applicable surcharge prior to dispatch. Rural classification is determined by our courier partners.
6. Delivery Timing
Delivery and production dates are estimates only. Backyard Blinds is not liable for delays beyond estimated lead times.
7. Delivery Conditions
Curbside delivery is included. The purchaser is responsible for assisting with truck unloading and ensuring safe delivery access.
